According to the bible: in the beginning, god created the heavens and the earth and added light later.
So before he arrived there was a perfect vacuum, devoid of any matter or energy.
And he somehow managed to create himself prior to that (again, from nothing at all.)
So this infinitely-powerful, infinitely-complex being somehow managed not only to create himself from nothingness, but then went on to create over 4 TRILLION observable galaxies with all their stars and planets, from that same complete and total lack of energy or building materials.
And he performed all of the magic acts listed above IN THE DARK!!!
But he wasn't content with just those acts of magic, so he went on:
He decided to have a son, but not in the usual way.
He decided his son should be born of a virgin (that really gets people to sit up and take notice.)
He passed on his magical powers to his son.
His son walked on water, cured blindness, healed lepers, converted water to wine, produced thousands of loaves of bread and fish out of thin air, etc, etc, etc.
Also, god decided before his son was born that his life would be sacrificed for all humans, but not to worry; after 3 days he not only allowed him to live again, but fly up to heaven.
And god-zombies scratch their heads and wonder why some people have a hard time believing all of this.
Go figure....

Ahhh the good ol John 3:16 God had his own son tortured and killed.Because he loved him SO MUCH?I have a son and I tell you I would NEVER do that. I would die 1000 times to prevent my son one second of torture.Oh and does your god love everybody? You might want to read these passages; Leviticus 20:23, Proverbs 6:16, 19, Romans 9:13,ect.. There are more but you get the picture.___________________________________________My friend, because of the cross of Calvary where Jesus died for mankind, yes he does love everyone. The Old Testament is the New Testament concealed and the New Testament is the Old Testament revealed. If you have issues with that, then that is between you and God because he has shown how much he loves us. He is waiting for us to experience his love/grace (his unmerited, unearned favor).
